It was a tough decision but I finally chose the traditional version as my contest entry.

Here we have Hand Banana as Raoul Duke (Hunter Thompson) and Carl Brutananadilewski as Dr. Gonzo from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Fear and Loathing and the derivative film are from the novel by Hunter Thompson.

Carl Brutananadilewski and Hand Banana are characters from Aqua Teen Hunger Force/ Aqua Unit Patrol Squad 1 and Aqua Something You Know Whatever on the Adult Swim Network.

It began and ended with a word.
Not a particularly strong or powerful word, but a word that changed everything. It wasn't too long or difficult to spell. It wasn't uncommon either. In fact, it was a perfectly ordinary word, but, I suppose, its commonplace origin is what made it so special.
I loved that word.
But the word doesn't mean much without the story along with it and I was always one for telling good stories.
